amazing location and friendly service!
great location metro station helpful staff
I just returned from a four-night stay and i am excited. the location is very nice with the metro station just steps away. It made getting around so easy! i also found many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. It was super convenient. the staff was helpful. They provided great tips for exploring the area.
the lift was quite small, but it wasn't a major issue, really.

The staff at the front desk was always available to assist. they offered helpful advice on nearby attractions. They also spoke multiple languages. the breakfast room staff ensured fresh baguettes were always available. i appreciated their dedication.

small lift bad soundproofing
the location was decent with plenty of shops nearby.
the lift was so small. it barely fit me and my luggage. also, the soundproofing was bad. i heard everything happening in the bathroom next door, even a shower at 3 am.

Mediocre stay, some issues
black mold warm air
The hotel is in a GREAT location near the metro. This made getting around easy.
The room felt cramped. I found black mold in the bathroom, THAT was unpleasant. the air conditioning blew warm air when I wanted cold air. This was a disappointment .

Acceptable location. Concerning room issues
faulty shower bad soundproofing
the staff was helpful. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to local attractions.
The room was much smaller than i anticipated. the shower had issues. The tap needed tightening, and the drainage was slow. the bed was on rollers and slid away from the wall, quite annoying. the soundproofing was bad. I could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms.
